In 2014, Fertility Associates decided to grow overseas. Growing our clinics internationally means FA is better able to bring the latest technologies like TiMI to New Zealand and continue to offer world class care to all our patients.
Fertility Associates growth into Malaysia started in Petaling Jaya, Kuala Lumpur with a single clinic providing an international standard of excellent success rates, quality patient care and experienced fertility specialists. Our purpose built clinic has the latest fertility technologies and we were the first clinic in Malaysia to achieve the internationally recognised accreditation in fertility treatment the RTAC (Reproductive Technology Accreditation Committee) code of practice.
In 2016, Fertility Associates went into partnership with Sunfert and since that time has worked with the Sunfert team to expand the business with clinics in Bangsar South, Ipoh and Kuching. Under the Sunfert, Sophea and IVFKasih brand, FA now has four clinics across Malaysia. All our clinics are accredited to the RTAC code of practice. We continue to work with our Malaysian colleagues on the continued growth of the business there.
Fertility Associates in Malaysia was awarded a Patient Service Award from WhatClinic, ranking in the top 5% of fertility clinics for demonstrating a clear and measurable commitment to patient service.
