Simon’s areas of interest include the application of advanced ultrasound technology to infertility management, in vitro maturation of immature oocytes collected from unstimulated ovaries, and fertility preservation. Simon graduated in Obstetrics and Gynaecology both in Auckland and the United Kingdom.
Simon also has a both a private fertility and gynaecology practice based at Fertility Associates Auckland, and enjoys tramping in the Coromandel in his spare time.

Mary is one of the most sought after fertility specialists within New Zealand. She is innovative, caring and has a breadth of experience across all aspects of fertility care. In her role as Medical Director she oversees fertility practice across all our clinics.
Mary specialises in the latest fertility technologies, including egg preservation, genetic screening and has advocated for patients to be able to access new treatments such as ovarian tissue transplants for cancer patients.
Mary also publishes regular articles including a regular review in the Fertility Research Review, and is a recognised media spokesperson across all fertility topics. Mary is also the editor of Fertility Associates book 'Making Babies'.
Mary graduated from Auckland Medical School followed by post-graduate training at National Women's Hospital. She was awarded a Nuffield Scholarship and completed a Masters Degree in Human Reproduction at Oxford University from 1993 to 1996. Mary returned to New Zealand in 1996 and joined Fertility Associates.

Phill is approachable, down-to-earth and enjoys an excellent rapport with his patients. He has extensive knowledge and experience in all areas of fertility. Phill’s areas of specialty include infertility, fertility preservation and advanced gynaecological surgery. He is a trained tubal microsurgeon and performs reversal of tubal sterilizations and vasectomies. Phill also has a special interest in male fertility.
Phill has undertaken 3 years of advanced training in fertility, reproductive endocrinology and minimally invasive surgery, which makes him one of the few fertility specialists in New Zealand to complete the RANZCOG CREI subspecialist qualification. He is now also a member of the CREI subspecialty committee and Endometriosis New Zealand Special Interest Group.
Phill has held a private pilot’s license since high school and enjoys recreational flying and spending time with family in his spare time.

Olivia is of Ngapuhi, Ngati Kahungunu descent and is the only Maori female fertility Subspecialist in New Zealand.
Olivia is one of the few in NZ to have completed CREI Subspecialist training, and Australiasian group of fertility Subspecialists who are leaders in fertility and develop guidelines for the care of fertility patients. Olivia specialises in fertility preservation, fertility and gynaecological ultrasound and surgery and male infertility.
Olivia is also very passionate about the provision of healthcare to those with reduced access, both at home, doing clinics in Northland, as well as overseas in developing countries and has volunteered in Ethiopia and Vietnam.
As well as her fertility and gynaecology private practice at FA, Olivia practices Private obstetrics through Birthright. Her spare time is spent with her tamariki, her whanau and huskies.
