If you were conceived using either sperm, egg or embryo donations and are over 18 years of age, you may request information about your donor/s (including his/her identity) through Fertility Associates.

The clinic coordinates any exchange of information and supports donor-conceived people by offering appointments with our counsellors who have knowledge, resources and experience around issues raised by having contact.

When you do receive information about donors, we ask that you respect the confidentiality of the information. Some children ask if they can communicate with the donor and sometimes enjoy sending letters and photographs.

Please contact us using the online form below and we will be in touch.

You may also access information about your donor after the age of 18 years by contacting the Registrar-General of Births, Deaths and Marriages (BDM) for the identity of the donor. To visit the BDM website, click here.
