COVID & Pregnancy Advice & Webinar - 10 March More here

Auckland Alert Level 2:
  • Only one support person at this time.
  • No children in the clinic.
  • Consultations can be done virtually should you wish, so please contact our team via Salve or on 09-520-9520 to let us know if you want a virtual consultation.

Please do not come to the clinic:

If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms OR have attended any of the locations of interest listed on the MOH's website.

  • Cold and Flu symptoms include:
    • a cough, a high temperature (at least 38˚C)
    • shortness of breath, a sore throat
    • sneezing and runny nose, temporary loss of smell

Hamilton, Wellington, Christchurch & Dunedin: Alert Level 1

Following the latest COVID-19 Alert Level 1 status for Hamilton, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin we continue to be provide fertility treatment; however, we ask that to reduce the number of people in the clinic, this means:

  • Support people and children welcome to the clinic

Please do not come to the clinic: If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms OR have attended any of the locations of interest listed on the MOH's website.

  • Cold and Flu symptoms include:
    • a cough, a high temperature (at least 38˚C)
    • shortness of breath, a sore throat
    • sneezing and runny nose, temporary loss of smell

This is in line with the Ministry of Health’s current advice to get a COVID-19 test and stay at home until you have a negative result.

If you are experiencing cold or flu like symptoms during a treatment cycle, please tell us the same day so we can rearrange blood tests or scans, or make any other arrangements to your cycle.

We apologise for any inconvenience but It is really important that we are cautious at this time, as if a patient is unknowingly infectious during an appointment to the clinic, we may have to close for a period which would interrupt many treatment cycles. Your safety and continuity of treatment is our priority.
