Yoga now available in Auckland

Yoga can be very relaxing for people going through fertility treatment. It can help calm the breath, steady the mind and de-stress the body. We are currently running a yoga class in Auckland, at our clinic in Remuera.
Each class will teach you techniques that you can utilise at home with a key posture covered each week and written information provided on that posture. At the end of the 8 week course you will have enough knowledge to complete your own basic practice at home.
- Where: Fertility Associates, Remuera (Level 2)
- When: Saturday 9 - 10.15am
- Cost: $10 per class - 6 classes per term, includes take home notes
Courses limited to 12 participants. Mats and props supplied. Suitable for beginners and those with experience.
The course has been designed specifically for women going through or preparing for fertility treatment and keeping it this way is an important part of building a shared connection within class.
Each week you'll receive notes on the key poses which you can share with your family or friends - to practice at home.
