Ah-Leen Rayner

Ah-Leen Rayner is the New Zealand CEO of Fertility Associates, brining with her deep experience leading clinical, research and patient-facing programs.

Since 2021, she served as Chief Executive at the Breast Cancer Foundation NZ. Ah-Leen is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of experience across a broad spectrum of leadership roles, with a strong track record of delivering income growth by building high-performing teams across complex environments. She has worked with leading corporations spanning sectors such as health; retail; construction; diversified technology, and logistics.

Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology, a Graduate Diploma in Business (Marketing), a Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and an Executive MBA.
