Dr Guy Fisher

Guy is a warm and approachable gynaecologist and fertility specialist who is committed to providing clear answers and personalised care. He has a particular interest in endometriosis, pelvic pain, fibroids, menstrual disorders and fertility, and enjoys helping patients understand their diagnosis and treatment options.

Guy trained in medicine at the University of Otago and completed his specialist training in London, Auckland and Melbourne. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists.

He completed a two-year advanced laparoscopic surgery fellowship at The Royal Women’s Hospital, focusing on complex endometriosis and fibroid surgery, and an advanced ultrasound fellowship at University College London Hospitals.

Guy holds a Diploma in Diagnostic Ultrasound (DDU) and a Master of Reproductive Medicine. He incorporates ultrasound into his clinical practice to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning, with particular expertise in the ultrasound assessment of endometriosis.

He enjoys working closely with patients to develop practical, individualised plans to support their fertility and gynaecological health.

Outside of work, Guy enjoys staying active and spending time with his wife Kate and their two young boys.
