When do I pay for treatment?
Invoices are generated on either Day 1 of your treatment or when you are collecting medication if it's a short cycle. Payment is required prior to the commencement of any scans or medication, depending on your treatment plan.

Can I prepay for my treatment?
Yes. If you wish to prepay for treatment, please ensure you have a current cost estimate and contact your clinic’s Reception team. Please note: Payments cannot be made through the website without an invoice. We are happy to accept payment over the phone, or you may pre-pay via bank transfer using your Patient ID as the reference.
Can you put the invoice in my partners name or both our names?
All treatment invoicing is generated under the name of the person receiving care. If you require documentation or clarification for insurance purposes, please speak with Reception prior to the commencement of your treatment cycle, so we can arrange the supporting documentation.
